SheaShells® SeaShells & Silks is a boutique styled design studio, specializing in customized Beach Decor and Gifts. Due to the customizable nature of the designs, we currently do not have a "paper" catalogue and consider this website as SheaShells® true portfolio! The reality of printing a catalog for our beach décor items, with new designs frequently added, is impractical for a small company like ours, which is why I have created this website. There is no better way for us to display to you our latest seashell creations in a timely and immediate fashion. You always have an open invitation to write or call me and ask questions that can help you shop. If you are looking for something specific, please let me know and I will make every effort to accommodate your request. However... |
| Ask about customization options (specific flowers, shells and corals, container shapes & sizes, addition of tulle or bows and ribbons, etc), pricing to fit your budget, shipping options/costs, whatever you need to know - just ask! All prices listed are based on pieces featured on this website. I take great pride in my one-on-one, friendly Customer Service and will do my best to meet your needs in an affordable and timely fashion. I will always work WITH you to make a beautiful and unique work of art that will meet your budget and last a lifetime!!! Because all of my items are handcrafted, please allow up to 1 week for shipment of 5 items or less from the time your order is processed. Larger orders may need more time. If you need your items sooner, express service is available, usually for no extra charge, as long as I'm not too backed up with orders! |

For statistical and web design purposes your navigation through our site is recorded, though no personal informaton is provided - we don't know who's visiting us, just where our visitors are traveling and how long they stay. Rest assured that any info you do give us during the ordering process or when requesting info, such as your name, phone number, address, email, credit card numbers, etc. is viewed only by the SheaShells® Webmaster (that's just me, Carolyn Shea!). Nor will we share your ordering history. Your info is yours alone. Guaranteed! |

Individual
and Friendly Customer Service is our priority. Please contact us at info(at)sheashells.com
with any questions, including customization options, special or bulk orders,
billing, etc. No minimum order requirements, ever. Alternate delivery options
are available. Accepted forms of payment are VISA & MasterCard, cash, money
orders, cashier's check or via PayPal. Personal checks accepted, however there
will be a processing delay of 10 business days for payment clearance.
NY state residents must pay an 8.6% sales tax - sorry...
Cancellation/Return Policy: If, for any reason, you must cancel/return your order... Cancellations Prior to shipment: 100% refund of payment or deposit Cancellations Up to 7 Days After Shipment: 75% refund of payment once we have received unused returns in their original, unopened packaging. Returns MUST have return-shipping receipt dated within 7 business days of cancellation date for refund ***NO refunds for deposits on Custom Orders or Custom Designs*** Cancellations/Returns 8 - 21 Days After Shipment: 50% refund of payment once we have received unused returns in their original packaging. Returns MUST have return-shipping receipt dated within 7 business days of cancellation date for refund Absolutely NO cancellations/returns or refunds after 21 Days from shipment Buyer pays all shipping fees |
