What are my options for "custom" designs? If I don't see exactly what I'm looking for, may I make a special request? Can you match my colors?

Where do you get your shells and driftwood? Do you use endangered species?

Individual and Friendly
Customer Service is our priority. Please contact us with any questions, including
customization options, special or bulk orders, billing, etc. No minimum order
requirements, ever. Alternate delivery options are available. Accepted forms
of payment are VISA & MasterCard, cash, money orders, cashier's check or
PayPal. Personal checks accepted, however there will be a processing delay of
10 business days for payment clearance.
NY state residents must pay an 8.6% sales tax, sorry...
Important Shipping Guidelines:
*Shipping
fees will NOT appear on your initial order form or in
your total. Actual shipping fees will be computed by a human upon receipt of
order, at which time we'll send you a bill marked "FINAL BILL" (with
an SHS PO # and shipping fees added) via email and/or snail mail.
*We try to keep your shipping costs down and will use the least expensive (and
safest) carrier possible. Often this is the US Post Office.
*Check or Money Order - PLEASE DO NOT send payment until you
have received a bill marked "Final Bill" with an SHS P/Order
# (will show Final Total, including shipping fee). Send Checks/MO payable to:

*Deposits - On orders with a total of $250.00 or more, a 50% deposit
is required to process your order, and balance is due prior to shipment.

for CUSTOM ORDERS are Non-refundable

in full is required to process all orders totalling $249.99 or less*
*SheaShells® ONLY ships to actual addresses in the
USA & Canada (no PO Boxes for orders over 12 ounces)
*Clients preferring to submit their billing info by phone may call

*If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside US/Canadian borders,
please contact us so we may consider your request
*All items are shipped fully assembled unless otherwise noted in individual
item descriptions
*Due to their delicate nature, a very few of our items are only available for
delivery in the NY, NJ & CT tristate area, as noted in individual item descriptions
*SheaShells® will only ship merchandise offered on
this website. Orders containing requests for the inclusion
of electronics, appliances, or anything else not offered on this website. will
be ignored and deleted

Cancellation/Return Policy: If, for any reason, you must cancel/return your order...Go to Returns
No refunds for deposits on Custom Orders or Custom Designs
Cancellations/Returns 8 - 21 Days After Shipment: 50% refund of payment once we have received unused returns in their original packaging. Returns MUST have return-shipping receipt dated within 7 business days of cancellation date for refund
Absolutely NO cancellations/returns or refunds after 21 Days from shipment
